Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead technology-enabled transformation for Life Sciences clients, improving plant performance, quality, and supply reliability. You will drive cross-functional workstreams, translate plant-floor needs into actionable requirements, and manage client engagements from assessment through deployment.

This techno-functional role requires guiding teams across MES, ERP, and data platforms, ensuring compliance with GxP and validation, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, information systems, business, or related discipline.
7+ years of relevant Life Sciences manufacturing, manufacturing technology, or related field."
Experience leading a client-facing manufacturing, digital, data, or technology workstream through design and at least one deployment phase.
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
Ability to translate needs into process, data, and testing deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with ownership of plans, deliverables, risks, and outcomes.
Assess current-state production and quality processes, data flows and site constraints.
Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, and related capabilities.
Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, and OT/IT platforms.
Define data mappings, master-data needs, and data-quality controls for analytics and AI.
