EY is seeking a Client-facing Life Sciences Manufacturing Manager to lead technology-enabled transformation workstreams that improve plant performance, quality, and supply continuity across pharma, biotech, and medical-device manufacturing.

In this techno-functional delivery role, you will coordinate specialists, translate plant-floor needs into actionable requirements, and manage the quality and progress of your workstream while engaging senior leaders on program decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences required.
• 7+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience leading client-facing manufacturing or digital workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Ability translate needs into process and data deliverables.
• GxP, data integrity, change-control, and validation knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client-facing workstreams with ownership of plans, deliverables, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes through workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for batch execution, electronic batch records, and recipe management.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, historians, SCADA, and OT systems.
• Define data mappings and data-quality controls for reporting and AI use cases.
• Support analytics and AI use cases by assessing data readiness and workflow fit.
• Ensure quality and validation considerations in all deliverables (GxP).
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, training, and handover.
• Facilitate sessions across manufacturing, quality, IT, and vendor teams.
• Provide status updates and contribute to proposals and follow-on opportunities.
• Coach junior team members and capture reusable design patterns.
