Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager level professional to lead technology-enabled transformation programs for Life Sciences manufacturing clients. You will oversee workstreams across production, quality, engineering, and IT to improve plant performance, quality, and supply continuity within regulated environments.

Role requires translating plant-floor needs into actionable requirements, coordinating specialists, and delivering measurable improvements while maintaining GxP and validation considerations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Life Sciences manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams through design and deployment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma, biotech, medical devices).
• Ability to translate needs into process and data deliverables.
• Understanding of GxP, data integrity, and validation considerations.
• Willingness to travel up to 80-100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams in Life Sciences manufacturing transformation with clear ownership of plans and deliverables.
• Assess current-state production and quality processes, data flows, and site constraints through workshops and data analysis.
• Translate priorities into process designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable improvements.
• Develop functional designs for capabilities such as batch execution, electronic batch records, and genealogy.
• Coordinate integration across MES/MOM, ERP, LIMS, QMS, and OT platforms with architecture and cybersecurity teams.
• Help deliver analytics and AI use cases with data readiness and workflow fit.
