Qualifications

• Junior to mid-level IP litigation attorney with life sciences background.
• Experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies.
• Meaningful exposure to Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA matters.
• District court and PTAB experience preferred.
• Strong writing skills and comfort taking ownership of workstreams.
