We seek independent thinkers with strong research, writing, and analytic skills, ready to mentor junior associates and handle complex Hatch-Waxman or biosimilar cases.

Qualified applicants must hold a life sciences degree, be admitted to the state bar, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities in a litigation setting; prior biotech practice is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a biotechnology practice.
• Degree in a life sciences technology area (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, pharmacy, or the like).
• Independent thinkers who can assume increasing responsibility in a litigation practice.
• Strong research, writing and analytic skills; ability to mentor junior associates; strong management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and creatively; and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ideal candidates will have experience handling Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB.
