Overview

Intellectual Property Litigation Associate (Life Sciences) - New York

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with experience in Life Sciences IP Litigation. This is a hybrid position based in the firm’s New York City office.

Base pay range: $225,000.00/yr - $435,000.00/yr

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience focused on representing innovator pharmaceutical and biotech companies in Intellectual Property Litigation
Background in Life Sciences
Experience working in a big law firm
Experience in Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation is preferred
Degree in chemistry or biology is preferred
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Admitted to the New York State Bar (and in good standing)
