Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field.
• Strong Life Sciences industry credibility.
• Consulting experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients.
• Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations.
• Present findings through clear written and verbal communication.
• Coach and support junior team members to build team capabilities.
• Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed.
