Job summary

BioTalent is seeking Senior Consultants and Managers to join its Operations & Supply Chain practice, focusing on Life Sciences clients. This team partners with biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, healthcare and investor organisations to solve operational challenges and deliver strategic transformation across the end-to-end supply chain.

You will work on supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing performance, logistics, and operating model transformation.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience required.
• Strong supply chain experience within life sciences/pharma.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
