Job summary

CBRE's Life Sciences flagship HQ in Greensboro, NC seeks a Facilities Sr. Manager to lead hard and soft services onsite Monday-Friday with very limited travel. You will supervise staff, manage capital projects and budgets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while cultivating strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in Life Sciences or related regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including performance reviews and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities and staff scheduling.
• Oversee facility repairs, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Manage large capital projects and operating budgets.
