Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to provide consulting services for a Life Sciences client in Spring House, PA. This onsite role covers project initiation through completion across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

You will interact with the site lead to define scope, cost estimates, budgets, milestones, and risk management while guiding the project delivery team and ensuring data integrity and governance throughout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education considered.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices; ability to read architectural drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop capital plans for Facilities projects and manage portfolio and execution for a Life Sciences client.
• Lead project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, quality control and risk management.
• Define resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and select project delivery partners.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Mentor and guide the delivery team to meet objectives within budget and schedule.
• Track progress, report status and variances, and identify threats with mitigation plans.
