Datavant is building an end-to-end platform for Life Sciences customers to access comprehensive, identified clinical data. As the Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate, you will ensure timely record retrieval to meet KPIs and help drive value for customers, with potential growth into a delivery manager role.

You will support project planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to operational improvements to boost delivery efficiency in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and pivot tables, plus VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH.
• 2+ years in project management.
• Strong communication, written and oral.
• Ability to work in highly regulated environments.
• Thrives in fast-paced, iterative settings.
• Interest in healthcare data, EMRs, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution for LS customers, meeting KPIs and driving satisfaction; troubleshoot issues and generate metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service levels; drive tasks to completion.
• Contribute to internal operational improvements to increase delivery efficiency as product/workflows evolve.
