Datavant, the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare, seeks a Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate to drive record retrieval and meet KPIs for Life Sciences clients. You will support project planning and execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and help improve delivery efficiency as our product and workflows evolve.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience with Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX MATCH.
2+ years of project management experience.
Driven, entrepreneurial and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Experience in highly regulated environments.
Ability to resolve ambiguous situations and drive clarity.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Interest in healthcare data connectivity, EMRs, and APIs.

Responsibilities

Support project planning and execution for LS customers to meet KPIs and drive satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service levels.
Contribute to internal operational improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
