Job summary

Datavant is hiring for a Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate to support LS customers with project planning, KPI delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes efficient data handling, regulatory awareness, and proactive problem solving within a fast-paced environment.

You will work to meet customer needs, drive delivery efficiency, and grow into a customer-facing delivery manager as you gain experience in healthcare data solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Driven, entrepreneurial, highly motivated and persistent; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is not intimidated by continuous iteration and change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations to drive clarity and resolution of issues.
• Strong organization skills, with high attention to detail.
• Interest in healthcare data connectivity, EMRs, APIs, and ability to ramp up quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution for LS customers, working with Delivery managers to meet KPIs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service level requirements.
• Contribute to internal operational improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, iterating as our product and workflows evolve.
