Job summary

Datavant is building an end-to-end platform for Life Sciences data. The Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate will manage record retrieval to meet KPIs and support growth into a delivery manager role.

You will work with Delivery managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate data delivery for healthcare customers. The role emphasizes project management skills, Excel-based analytics, and the ability to operate in regulated environments with a fast-paced, iterative approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Excel including pivot tables, vlookup and related functions.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work in highly regulated environments and handle ambiguity to drive clarity.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution for LS customers, coordinating with Delivery managers to meet KPIs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service level requirements and drive tasks to completion.
• Contribute to internal operational improvements to increase delivery efficiency as product/workflows evolve.
