Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution for LS customers, meeting KPIs and driving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet customer needs and service level requirements.
• Contribute to internal operational improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency.
