Datavant is the data collaboration platform trusted for healthcare. We’re building an end-to-end platform for Life Sciences customers delivering identified clinical data to supplement de-identified real-world data. As Retrieval Solutions Delivery Associate you will support project planning, meet KPIs and drive customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, generate reports, and help improve delivery efficiency in a fast-paced, regulated environment with rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution to meet KPIs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet service levels and drive tasks to completion.
• Contribute to internal improvements to increase delivery efficiency.
