Job summary

Beghou, a leader in life sciences analytics, seeks a data-driven professional to drive data-driven projects for commercial efforts in pharma. You will lead teams, develop insights, and collaborate across functions to deliver strategic solutions using AI and advanced analytics.

The role emphasizes data platform design, ETL/CI/CD best practices, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. A strong background in pharma analytics and programming is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional project teams to design high-quality client deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope and strategies.
• Contribute to internal data warehouse development.
• Demonstrate knowledge of data platform components and ETL/CI-CD practices.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable insights.
• Manage client communications, meetings, and timelines as primary contact.
• Develop and optimize data processes with coding for efficient reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams for seamless project execution.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to drive growth.
