Job summary

Beghouconsulting seeks a senior data analytics leader to conceptualize, execute, and integrate data-driven projects for pharma commercial efforts. You will guide internal stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and shape data strategies across multiple work streams.

As a subject matter expert, you will mentor junior staff, drive innovation, and contribute to internal data platforms while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience with relational database technologies (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Strong Excel expertise and Microsoft Office proficiency; (Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAS, Python, R, VBA and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project leadership capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced environment; life sciences domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in design and delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
• Provide strategic guidance on project direction, resources, and timelines; manage data analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to define scope, approach, and development strategies.
• Contribute to Beghou’s ARMADA data warehouse and data platform components.
• Apply data engineering concepts (ETL design, schema design) and CI/CD best practices.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate insights to internal and client teams.
• Manage projects with client communications, meetings, and timelines as primary contact.
• Develop and optimize data processes; apply coding to facilitate data handling and reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage in business development and contribute to internal growth initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support professional development.
