Job summary

Beghou Consulting seeks an Associate Consultant to work with senior Managers and Partners, developing analytic solutions for life sciences clients. You will ingest and process data, generate insights, and collaborate on strategic projects, with opportunities to learn across practice areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years’ relevant professional experience; PhD candidates may apply to Consultant role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative aptitude demonstrated via coursework or experience.
• Strong academic track record is expected.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic coding skills (SAS, SQL, Python, VBA) and/or data visualization knowledge (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop code to ingest, clean, and process life sciences client data.
• Execute data processing tasks and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy under deadlines.
• Identify key metrics to generate insights for client reports and dashboards.
• Engage directly with clients to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate to provide strategic solutions for salesforce sizing, territory alignment, and incentive compensation.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects addressing client and internal needs.
