Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking a data analytics lead to drive data-driven projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences commercial efforts. You will guide internal teams and clients, delivering insights and scalable analytics solutions.

Ideal candidates have a strong pharma analytics background, proficiency in SQL-based data handling, and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. This role supports hybrid work arrangements and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in pharma or life sciences.
Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with proven problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams in design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines while handling key data analytics tasks.
Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines as a primary contact.
Develop and optimize data processes, using coding where necessary for data handling and reporting.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Engage in business development and contribute to internal firm initiatives.
