Ultimate Staffing seeks a Customer Service Supervisor in California to lead service operations for key accounts and improve processes. The role acts as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure high service levels and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has life sciences industry experience, strong supervisory skills, and a solid background in CRM, logistics, and client relations. This is a full-time, temporary position based in San Diego.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in life sciences or related industries is required.
• Supervisory experience in customer service roles.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and train customer service team members as needed.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Support key customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales for order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Monitor service levels and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with reporting, forecasting, and administrative tasks.
• Support transportation and shipping inquiries from customers.
• Partner with leadership to improve customer experience and performance.
