Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead life sciences construction projects from site in Blue Bell, PA. You will guide engineering, construction management, and superintendent teams to deliver on time and budget, while ensuring safety and quality in collaboration with the Project Director and Senior Project Manager.

The role requires a strong construction background, commitment to safety and quality, and a focus on client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction management and project delivery.
• Experience managing non-residential construction projects and strong knowledge of industry practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual requirements, project specifications, and design drawings.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, procurement, billing, and cash flow projections.
• Conduct progress measurement, earned value analysis, schedule updates, and change management reporting.
• Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, monthly reports, and applications for payment.
• Oversee contract administration, punch lists, warranty review, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor project resources, maintain scopes of work, and communicate expectations across the team.
• Track and report on project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and field conditions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in schedule, safety, and quality oversight.
• Collaborate with Project Services on cost management and support safe project execution through coordinated site oversight.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support successful project delivery.
