Job summary

GreenBridge seeks a Project Director for its Illinois life sciences portfolio. You will own project delivery, steer early-stage RFPs, and lead a 30-40+ member team on-site, with mobility to relocate as new awards come in. Heavy travel and per diem accompany a high-visibility leadership role in biopharma capital projects.

You will manage safety, schedule, cost and quality while cultivating client relationships and business development opportunities across Illinois and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven construction leadership in life sciences or biopharma environments.
• Strong track record delivering large, complex capital projects safely.
• Experience managing demanding owners/clients in EPC settings.
• Business development or pursuit experience (RFPs, bid strategy, client relationships).
• Willingness to be on-site with mobility to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from front to finish with safety, schedule, cost and quality accountability.
• Join early-stage RFPs and pursu adaptive bid/no-bid decisions.
• Lead the Illinois biopharma project with strong on-site presence during execution.
• Build and lead a 30-40+ person team and keep a bench ready for new awards.
• Relocate with the team to new project locations as work moves.
