Actalent is seeking a Construction Superintendent – Life Sciences Projects to lead all on-site activities for commercial life sciences facilities from mobilization to closeout. The role will collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure safe, on-time delivery in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality expectations.

Lead and direct daily field operations for commercial building projects from mobilization through closeout.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for safe and efficient execution of work.
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including three-week look-ahead plans.
Drive adherence to milestones and ensure project completion on time and within quality standards.
Lead site safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site with regular safety meetings and inspections.
Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures to meet or exceed project specs and standards.
Coordinate all required inspections and testing with authorities, consultants, and trade partners.
