Job summary

Landmark Builders is seeking an experienced commercial superintendent in the Bay Area to lead on-site construction for life science and related facilities. The role entails coordinating with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and city agencies to ensure quality and compliance.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of Bay Area superintendent experience, strong MS Project/PlanGrid/Procore skills, and a valid CA driver's license. A safe, professional, and proactive leader is essential.

Qualifications

3 years minimum as a commercial superintendent in the Bay Area.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PlanGrid, Procore and Microsoft Project.
Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
Familiar with Cal-OSHA safety requirements and site safety enforcement.
Professional image with integrity and leadership.

Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel from start to finish.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies.
Create project schedules using Microsoft Project and implement recovery strategies.
Coordinate prompt completion of punch lists and site demobilization.
