Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Superintendent – Life Sciences Projects to lead all on-site activities for commercial life sciences facilities from mobilization to closeout. The role will collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure safe, on-time delivery in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality expectations.

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including three-week look-ahead plans.
• Drive adherence to milestones and ensure project completion on time and within quality standards.
• Lead site safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site with regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures to meet or exceed project specs and standards.
• Coordinate all required inspections and testing with authorities, consultants, and trade partners.
