Qualifications

• 5+ years of life sciences construction management experience on $30M+ projects.
• Proven Ability to supervise construction teams within budget and schedule.
• Strong safety record and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement health and safety on-site plans.
• Oversee construction process and ensure budget compliance.
• Record costs and payments; maintain schedules.
• Inspect work for quality and safety.
