Job summary

Rho, the modern banking platform, is seeking an Associate Account Executive in Boston. You will drive lead generation, provide sales support, and engage life sciences prospects to build a strong pipeline while preparing for a rapid path to an Account Executive role.

You'll collaborate with Senior Account Executives, attend industry events, and learn Rho's all‑in‑one platform (cards, payments, banking) to articulate its value to potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
• Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships.

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
