Job summary

Agentforce Life Sciences seeks a Product Liaison Director to elevate customer software implementations by bridging product engineering and field execution. You will design playbooks, standardize methodologies using generative AI, and collaborate with Salesforce Professional Services, SI Partners, customers, and internal Product teams to drive innovation.

This leader will develop assets, lead knowledge transfer sessions, and deliver measurable time-to-value improvements across the Life Sciences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software implementation and integration experience within the Life Sciences industry.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions.
• Experience developing scalable implementation methodologies and technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot, and scale AI-driven implementation playbooks and automation tools for data and process transformations.
• Establish standardized methodologies using generative AI platforms to reduce manual effort during complex system integrations.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify common requirements and integration needs across Life Sciences use cases.
• Publish solution blueprints and configuration best practices for recurring workflows.
• Deliver measurable impact by accelerating time-to-value for customers.
• Facilitate enablement workshops and field guides for global teams.
