Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior leader to grow client relationships and oversee Patient Services programs across pharma, biotech, and medical device clients. You will design, implement, and monitor PSPs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive strategic growth while managing risk and ensuring value delivery.

As a member of the Patient Services leadership team, you will develop new offerings, mentor staff, and contribute to firm-building activities, with travel up to 50% and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• 7–10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs and regulatory issues.
• Ability to work independently with oversight and manage workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) and data-driven decision making.
• Proven revenue-generation with existing clients and account growth.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 33%.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while aligning with expectations.
• Act as trusted advisor contributing to key client business development strategy.
• Identify risks in projects and oversee multiple workstreams for quality.
