Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Patient Services leader to grow client relationships and drive strategic program design and monitoring for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape PS program blueprints, and identify opportunities for new offerings while ensuring project performance and client value. Travel up to 50% is anticipated, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• 7-10 years Life Sciences consulting experience or mix of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs and related areas.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with oversight and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships and set expectations as trusted advisor.
• Develop business with new buyers within key client; contribute to account strategy.
• Identify and evaluate risk for Guidehouse and client relationships across projects.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and durations ensuring quality and value.
• Lead Firm-building activities and development of new offerings within Patient Services.
