ZEISS Group is seeking a Biotech/Pharma Key Account Manager to drive growth in the biotech and pharmaceutical markets. You will use consultative, value-based selling to meet customer needs, manage a full sales cycle, and deliver compelling demonstrations of ZEISS microscopy portfolio and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biological science or bioengineering (preferred).
• Experience in technical sales within biotech/pharma is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets in biotech/pharma markets.
• Own full sales cycle with consultative, value-based selling and deliver demos and proposals.
• Coordinate with PASS, service engineers, and logistics for timely installations and training.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in the CRM and forecast opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with scientists, procurement teams, and department leaders.
