Cura Search is a leading staffing firm seeking an experienced Business Development or 360 Recruiter to pursue new life sciences opportunities. You will work with technology, manufacturing, and medical devices clients, coordinating with recruiters to cover roles and drive successful placements.

The role emphasizes remote work, quarterly KPI targets, and potential advancement toward partner status and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on the sales side of Life Science staffing.
• Proven track record of identifying, connecting with, and obtaining qualified candidates.
• Staffing agency experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and obtain contracts with clients primarily for Life Science needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure coverage of the roles you bring in.
• Meet with colleagues three times a week to update the progress on roles.
• Ensure delivery and successful placement and contract completion of Life Science candidates.
• Maintain KPIs put forth by the Managing Director and CEO.
• Produce placements while being effective in working remotely.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development or 360 Recruiters to go after new business. They will mostly focus on life sciences, technology, manufacturing, and medical devices.
