Paul Bridges Group seeks a Senior Perm 360 Life Sciences Recruiter in New York to own a busy, high-performance desk. This in-office role emphasizes new business development, end-to-end recruitment, and closing deals with life sciences clients.

Based in NYC, you will be in the office four days per week, lead client meetings, and drive candidate sourcing and qualification through interview stages to secure placements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a 360 (full-desk) agency recruiter.
• Experience in Life Sciences recruitment (clinical or commercial) is strongly preferred.
• Evidence of consistent billing and proactive business development.
• Comfortable running client meetings, pitching, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business: Own client relationships end-to-end (from first meeting to repeat business) and manage roles from briefing through offer and acceptance.
• Prospect and win mandates with life sciences clients and negotiate fees and terms, leading client meetings.
• Source and manage candidates: Map key life sciences/healthcare talent pools in New York and beyond; qualify and guide candidates through interview stages.

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing recruitment firm that is expanding its Life Sciences practice. They are looking for a proven 360 recruiter who loves both winning new business and delivering on it.

You'll join a team that is busy, ambitious, and hands-on. This is ideal for someone who enjoys a high-activity, in-office environment and wants to scale a desk, not just maintain one.

What You'll Do

Develop new business:

• Own client relationships end-to-end (from first meeting to repeat business)
