You will act as the primary client contact, manage consultants, coordinate with contracts and operations, and mentor junior staff, delivering projects that meet high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience on Life Science or Science & Technology projects.
• Demonstrated lab planning experience.
• Experience managing full project life cycle from programming to commissioning.
• Knowledge of building codes and working with code officials.
• Experience with GMP and FDA regulatory concepts for cleanrooms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate phases of the project from concept to construction services.
• Prepare the project schedule and update stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations leadership on project health and risks.
• Issue add services and approvals for scope changes.
• Assemble consultant teams and manage contracts and fees.
• Mentor junior project members and assist with proposals.
