Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in Revit and Newforma; strong knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination with consultant team across all project phases to deliver contract documents for permits and construction.
• Provide Revit support for preparation of project documents.
• Utilize company resource groups for design.
• Prepare design and construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager or Architect with construction services (site visits, shop drawings review).
• Perform project code searches and analysis for each project.
• Assist in preparation of project schedules and budget reviews.
• Provide assistance for submittals to jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members.
