Job summary

USPack is a leading logistics provider delivering same-day service for businesses. The Dispatcher (LS Tower) role focuses on customer and contractor liaison, processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliant documentation for healthcare and life science clients.

You will handle inbound communications, resolve delivery issues, and support timely shipments. The position demands accuracy, multi-tasking, and strong communication in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in customer service, call center, logistics, or admin roles.
• TSA security training and Life Science certifications must be completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and ICs, entering information into company systems.
• Assist Independent Contractors with route completion issues and operational support.
• Build positive relationships with customers and contractors to improve service satisfaction and retention.
• Process routed, on-demand, and special delivery orders according to standards.
• Evaluate feasibility of order fulfillment and assign/dispatch deliveries.
• Maintain required documentation, PODs, and logs; monitor shipments and address delays.
• Generate daily reports on transportation issues and corrective actions.
