Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 5 years in life sciences; venture investment, investment banking, or BD preferred.
• Deep understanding of drug development, US healthcare, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong research, analytics, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce/Tableau is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within North America.

• Assist scientific and financial due diligence of prospective tenants.
• Support venture capital activity by due diligence and investment memos.
• Research performance indicators for tenants and investments.
• Participate in meetings with portfolio companies and review R&D plans and fundraising.
• Engage in business development and ecosystem networking.
• Research disease areas, capital markets, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
• Collaborate across leasing, accounting, finance, and regional leadership.
• Prepare background information and copy for event materials.
