Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School in Rockwall, TX is seeking a part-time Water Safety Instructor to join our team. Teach life-saving skills to children using the Aqua-Tots curriculum, maintain pool safety, and build strong relationships with families.

Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid training, holidays off, and opportunities for growth are available. Full-time teammates receive health insurance, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least two shifts per week.
• Comfortable in the water and able to swim.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Life-Saving Skills using Aqua-Tots curriculum for all ages.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow pool safety procedures.
• Build relationships with families and provide student progress updates.
• Educate and communicate curriculum progression and next steps to parents.
• Keep pool area clean, organized, and safe; assist with cleaning tasks.
• Track student progress and participate in trainings and staff meetings.
