Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor to teach children how to swim in a fun, safe environment. Onsite at our state-of-the-art facility, you will help students progress through levels while delivering engaging lessons.

No prior teaching experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You’ll use a proven Aqua-Tots curriculum, track progress, and communicate with families. Part-time schedules with weekend evenings off and scalable shifts available.

Qualifications

• No prior teaching experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work with children ages 3 and up.
• Willingness to learn Aqua-Tots curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children in a safe, fun environment.
• Create and implement lesson plans for classes and groups.
• Track student progress; provide feedback to parents.
• Maintain clean, organized teaching space and follow safety guidelines.
