Job summary

Takeda is seeking a part-time Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) in San Antonio, TX, to support BioLife Plasma Centers. You will determine donor eligibility, review test results, manage donor safety, and assist with vaccination programs for employees.

This role reports to the Center Manager and Center Physician for medical guidance. We require EMT-Paramedic licensure, CPR/AED certification, and at least two years in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history, and screening.
• Experience evaluating donor reactions and following SOPs for emergencies.
• Ability to coordinate with Center Physician and Medical Affairs on medical issues.
