Qualifications

• State license as LPN or LVN required.
• CPR and AED certifications required.
• Minimum two years clinical or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent and eligibility criteria.
• Manage donor adverse events and evaluate donor reactions per SOPs.
• Review laboratory test results and notify donors of unsuitable results; coordinate with physicians.
