US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our life-saving mission. You will work with operations and the sales team to deliver excellent service to our hospital partners and ensure equipment orders are fulfilled accurately.

Responsibilities include loading and securing equipment, driving company vehicles, and coordinating shipments in the branch warehouse. You will communicate professionally with hospital contacts and support daily with order planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for 3 years.
• DOT certification/physical required.
• Ability to read, write and perform math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Ship, receive, and service equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Coordinate with sales and operations on orders and delivery.
