Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking a Donation Support Services Coordinator to join our 24/7 response team. You will be the first line of communication between hospitals, donor families, and clinical partners, evaluating referrals and guiding the donation process with precision and compassion.

You’ll coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations, document critical information, and excel in fast-paced environments while upholding confidentiality and care for families.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; associates or medical certification preferred.
• Experience: call center or dispatch in healthcare; typing and data entry skills required.
• Licensure/Certification: Medical Assistant, LPN, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating referrals for potential donors in real time.
• Communicating with donor families through the donation process, obtaining consent, and documenting.
• Coordinating logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.
• Collaborating with clinical teams to support time-sensitive decisions.
• Documenting and tracking critical information in fast-paced environments.
