Network for Hope is a nonprofit organization focused on saving lives through organ, tissue, and eye donation. As a Donation Support Services Coordinator, you will join a 24/7 response team, serving hospitals, donor families, and clinical partners with care and precision.

We emphasize compassionate, accurate communication and efficient coordination of donor referrals, logistics, and documentation to ensure timely organ and tissue recovery and support for families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or medical-related certification preferred.
• Experience in call center, EMS dispatch, social work, nursing, or medical assistant roles desirable.
• Excellent typing and data-entry; able to multitask and use multi-line phone systems.
• Intermediate medical terminology for critical care healthcare.
• Medical Assistant, LPN, or similar licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from hospitals and healthcare partners with clarity and compassion.
• Evaluate referrals for potential donors and guide the donation process with precision.
• Coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support time-sensitive decision-making.
• Document and track critical information in fast-paced environments.
