ACMO Automobile Club Of Missouri is seeking a Life Sales Agent to join their dedicated team in Overland Park, Kansas. The ideal candidate will make daily sales calls and assist members with AAA Life Insurance products, leveraging their communication skills to maintain customer satisfaction.

This position offers a 100K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions, as well as numerous benefits like health coverage and a 401(K) savings plan. Candidates should be self-motivated and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engaging with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining retention.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self‑motivation and full commitment to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience not required, but a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
