Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a driven sales professional to promote AAA Life Insurance products in Irving, TX. You will work with a large membership database and branch walk-ins to identify member needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

The role emphasizes high commission potential, robust training, and leveraging a long-standing, member-focused organization. A strong sales drive and license eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree a plus.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Engage with members walking into the branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products.
• Identify the financial needs of our members and translate the importance and benefits of Life insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
