Job summary

FSEC in Arizona is seeking an experienced Service Technician to program, troubleshoot, install and service life safety devices including fire alarm, access control, CCTV and intercom systems. You will work with our team to ensure systems are operational and compliant.

Qualifications

• NICET or comparable certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in the life safety industry.
• Experience with Fire/Life Safety system brands.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Advanced computer and network skills.

Responsibilities

• Programming and troubleshooting Fire Alarm, Intercom, Security, Access Control, CCTV systems.
• Communicate with customers clearly and professionally.
• Maintain documentation and service paperwork for billing.
• Ensure life safety systems are fully operational before leaving site.
• Configuring and maintaining network connectivity for life safety devices.
