Job summary

Overhead Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking a Division Manager, Fire Protection Service to lead sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher service operations. You will drive field performance, ensure safety and compliance, and manage revenue and profitability across three service lines.

The role requires senior-level leadership, strategic planning, and strong relationships with customers, AHJs, and vendors. Base salary ranges with DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in fire/life safety services, with hands-on exposure to two or more lines.
• Proven leadership managing multi-disciplined field technicians, inspectors, and service teams.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and applicable code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division operations for fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and extinguisher service lines.
• Direct field leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching across teams.
• Own division P&L, budgeting, revenue growth, and gross margin targets.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards; lead safety meetings.
• Develop scalable SOPs and drive continuous improvement across service lines.
