Job summary
Overhead Fire Protection, Inc. in Sparks, NV, seeks a Division Manager to lead Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Fire Extinguisher service and inspection operations across Nevada and Northern California.
You will direct field operations, scheduling, quality control, and financial performance, ensuring safety and code compliance. This role partners with ownership and staff to drive growth, develop standard procedures, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in fire/life safety services.
- NFPA 10/13/14/20/25/72 knowledge and licensing.
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplined teams.
- Ability to read blueprints and riser diagrams.
- Strong scheduling, dispatch, and routing skills.
- Experience with job costing and profitability drivers.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Fire Extinguisher service lines.
- Lead Managers, Lead Technicians, Inspectors, and field staff.
- Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards.
- Manage staffing, onboarding, and retention.
- Review quotes, pricing, and production metrics.
- Drive revenue growth and field efficiency.
- Coordinate with ownership and leadership on strategic plans.
